I exported My Favorites from HOLLIS and the file is empty

This can happen when there are many items in your list. Please try the following steps: 

  1. Check the box to select all items
  2. Wait a moment. You should see text such as "Fetching 232 items..."
  3. When the text above disappears, try exporting the items.
